When should I book?

To ensure availability and time for any customization we recommend 2-4 weeks in advance as last minute bookings will be based on availability.

What is included in the price?

We take care of it all! We will deliver, setup & style your party rental tents & décor. The next day we will come back to break down and take all rentals.

Is there a travel fee?

Travel is included within 15 miles of zip code 67216 (Wichita, KS). If outside of this radius a $45 flat fee will be assessed. Please use Google maps to see if your location is more than 15 miles. Please contact us before booking if you are unsure whether we can travel to your location.

Is there a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due upon booking to secure your party date/time. This deposit will go toward the cost of your party.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept CashApp, Zelle or Venmo. We do not accept personal checks.

When is the full payment due?

Balance is due in full one week before your scheduled party

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 72-hour written notice for cancellations. Please note the deposit is non-refundable. Reservations canceled within the 72-hour notice period will forfeit the deposit, but our team can assist in booking an alternate date based on availability.

What are the incidental charges?

Any item that is lightly damaged or stained may be subject to a cleaning fee. Any missing or severely damaged materials will be subject to a fee equal to its replacement value.

Do you stay and host the party?

No. Once setup is complete & everything is how you love it, we will leave you to enjoy the magic.

How long is the rental period?

Rentals packages are for one night. Each additional night is $25 per night, per tent.

How much space is required?

Each tent setup is about 4 feet wide by 6 feet deep. It is the responsibility of the adult hosting the party to make sure there is a safe amount of space to walk & sleep. Please contact us if you have any questions about setup in your specific space.

How long does it take to set up and break down the party rentals?

Setup for teepee parties usually takes about 1 hour and breakdown about 30-45 minutes. Setup for picnics usually take about 1 hour with a 20-30-minute breakdown. We will plan together what time works in order to allow for plenty of setup time before your guests arrive.

Do my guests need to bring a pillow & blanket?

All guests should bring their own sleeping pillows for hygiene reasons. We do include a throw blanket, but if it is cold, we recommend that your guests bring an additional blanket.

How do you clean your sleepover rentals?

We follow strict hygiene protocols! All sheets, mattress covers, blankets and pillow covers are thoroughly laundered immediately after use. All tents, throw pillows, mattresses and other décor are also disinfected after each use as well.

What are your venue requirements?

The party room should be big enough to fit all of your requested tent setups. We will not move large furniture to make room for your tents. We ask that the space is clean & cleared prior to arrival for setup. The event venue must be SMOKE-FREE.
